Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

2. Orders and Product Availability

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

We do not guarantee that all displayed products, colors, or details are 100% accurate due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and stock changes.

3. Payments

RAQM currently accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Direct Bank Transfer (details provided at checkout)

We do not accept debit/credit card or digital wallet payments at this time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors. RAQM is not liable for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We allow exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Refunds are not offered. The full process is detailed in our FAQs section.

6. Pricing and Changes

All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

We may update or discontinue products at any time.

7. User Accounts and Data

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order. Your data is stored securely and handled as per our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal details without consent.

8. Prohibited Use
