How Can I Contact RAQM Support?
How Do I Place an Order?
  1. Browse the product catalog and select your item.

  2. Choose size & quantity.

  3. Click Add to Cart.

  4. Proceed to Checkout.

  5. Enter your details, choose payment method (COD or Bank Transfer), and click Complete Order.

That’s it — you'll receive an email confirmation right after.

When will my order be delivered?
  1. Karachi: 2-3 working days.

  2. Rest of Pakistan: 5-7 working days.
Returns & Exchanges

All item(s) purchased from RAQM are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The item differs from the one you ordered (wrong size/design).

Note: You must report issues within 3 days of delivery via DM (@raqmpk) on Instagram or through mail (info@raqmpk.com).

Exchange Delivery Timeline
  • We process exchange requests weekly.

  • Expect delivery within 7 days, depending on item availability.

  • If your desired item is out of stock:

    • We’ll offer an alternative, or

    • Hold your request until it’s restocked (typically 7–10 days).

    • For longer delays, we’ll reach out for a replacement preference.

Returns & exchanges are not applicable in these cases:
  • Item was damaged due to use or mishandling.

  • Size issues caused by customer error.

  • Exchange request made after 7 days.

  • Product has been worn, washed, or altered.

Refunds are NOT offered.
All sales are final. We only provide exchanges under the above conditions. Refund might be only possible in case of a damaged/defected product and no replacement is available.
Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, but only before it is dispatched.
Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

We maintain strict quality control and check every item rigorously before dispatching, but if you receive:

  • A defective product, or

  • The wrong item,

Contact us immediately via Instagram DM (@raqmpk) or email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll resolve it ASAP.

Where’s the Size Chart?

You can find the size chart on each product page.

Will I Receive the Same Product As Shown?

We do our best to capture colors accurately. However:

  • Slight color variation may occur due to screen differences and lighting.

  • The product you receive will match the design and specifications shown.

Preorders, Restocks & Limited Stock Policy

Is RAQM available for preorder?
Yes, we occasionally open limited-time preorders for select drops.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Mostly, no. We follow a "limited drop" culture; when it's gone, it's gone. We create in small, exclusive batches to keep our pieces rare and valuable.
This is part of our philosophy: RAQM is not mass-produced. It’s for those who move fast and think bold.

Will a sold-out item come back?
Occasionally, high-demand pieces may be restocked, but this is rare and not guaranteed.


We recommend:

  • Signing up for restock alerts (if available)

  • Following @raqm.pk for drop announcements

If it doesn’t say “Restocking Soon”, assume it’s not coming back.

Is My Information Safe?

Absolutely. Your personal data is secure with RAQM and we do not sell or share your information.
All transactions are protected with SSL encryption for safe browsing and checkout.
